Welcome to Tomorrow Sounds ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using our audio separation service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
Tomorrow Sounds uses AI to separate an audio file you upload into component tracks (such as vocals and instrumental). Free accounts receive limited, watermarked previews; paid plans unlock full-length, full-quality downloads.
You keep all rights to the audio you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload and process each file. Do not upload audio you do not own or have permission to use. You are solely responsible for how you use the separated output, including compliance with copyright law.
Don't use the Service to infringe copyrights, to process unlawful content, or to abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed through our reseller and merchant of record, Polar Software, Inc., who handles payments, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account or the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular separation quality for a given track.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomorrow Sounds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
